Finance Analyst
Location: Bacoor, Molino V (On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Open Budget (Compensation will be based on qualifications, credentials, and relevant experience.)
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and accounting principles is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Molino V .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports and management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Review financial transactions and recommend process improvements and internal controls.
- Assist in developing and implementing finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Support the Finance Head in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations.
- Act as the Finance Head's representative during their absence, as assigned.
- Perform other finance- and accounting-related duties that may be assigned by management.
