Sphere Rocket is looking for an Appointment Setter who’s confident on the phone, goal-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced remote role. If you know how to build rapport and keep the conversations going, this could be your next move!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 500–600 outbound calls daily to cold and warm leads.
- Transfer interested prospects to the sales team, targeting at least 12 transfers per day.
- Track calls, update lead records, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Provide daily performance updates to the client.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Phone handling experience in a corporate setting or as a VA.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls while building rapport and maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers; willingness to learn Ricochet.
