One of our client in Financial Capital industry is looking for:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct follow-throughs with potential and existing clients to address concerns and inquiries.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding loan eligibility, terms, and requirements.
- Proactively identify and pursue new clients through field sales activities.
- Conduct market research to locate potential borrowers and establish connections.
- Meet the monthly loan release target of Php 10,000,000.00.
- Negotiate loan terms and ensure proper documentation submission.
- Close sales deals and facilitate loan applications with efficiency.
- Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Assist client in selecting the most suitable financing solutions based on their needs.
- Stay informed about the Company’s product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide
- Conduct daily field visits to target businesses and communities.
- Identify untapped markets and recommend strategic approaches for penetration.
- Attend networking events, expos, and industry-related gatherings to expand client base.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on loan applications, releases, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback to VP for Business Development regarding market trends and client demands.
- Work closely with the VP for Business Development to strategize on sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Loan Management and Accounting Department to ensure timely approval and release of funds.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales and lead generation efforts.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide better client support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in lending, banking, or financial services industry.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and track record of meeting KPIs.
- Keen to details.
FIELD SALES ASSOCIATE
The Field Sales Associate (Account Executive) is responsible for generating leads
through fieldwork, actively engaging with potential clients, and ensuring monthly loan release targets are
met. This role requires extensive market penetration efforts, client relationship management, and strategic
sales execution. The Field Sales Associate (Account Executive) will report on account statuses monthly
and contribute to the overall sales growth of the Company.
