Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Contacting debtors via telephone to recover overdue payments.
- Communication & Negotiation: Engaging in conversations with debtors to discuss payment options and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines in all collection activities.
- Meeting Targets: Achieving or exceeding set targets for debt recovery and collection efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a Senior High School level.
With experience handling accounts from local banks and Legal Financial Institutions.

1-DAY PROCESS ONLY . We offer monthly wage plus unlimited commission and cash incentives.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
