- Candidate must have Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- With 6months-1 year of working experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Amenable to report in Paseo de Roxas, Makati.
Job Description:
The Branch Customer Service Representative’s role operates in a variety of capacities concerning customer related issues from the field office level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles all assigned customer-related inbound calls, sms, and emails. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests for loan adjustments and payment arrangement.
- Corresponds to customer complaints and forward to concerned departments for resolution.
- Handles tele-sales functions that would include doing outbound calls to offer for repeat sales and loan applications.
- Endorsement of closed accounts to loan operations for proper turn-over of customer’s documents.
