Customer Service cum Clinic Assistant
Location: Chino Roces, Makati City
Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to invite customers to visit the clinic (warm leads provided)
- Follow up on appointment schedules and remind customers according to their treatment plans
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and maintain ongoing customer follow-ups
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support daily clinic operations and assist other departments when needed
- Update and manage customer information accurately in the system
Job Requirements
- Experience: Call Center, Customer Service, or Tele-sales
- Strong customer-service mindset with focus on customer experience
- Honest, responsible, proactive, and energetic
- Good communication skills; clear and polite phone manner
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (Excel, messaging apps)
- Basic English communication skills
