Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Contacting debtors via telephone to recover overdue payments.
- Communication & Negotiation: Engaging in conversations with debtors to discuss payment options and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines in all collection activities.
- Meeting Targets: Achieving or exceeding set targets for debt recovery and collection efficiency.
Essential Skills:
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and using collection software.
- Stress Management: Maintaining composure and professionalism when dealing with challenging or emotional situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least high school or college level, with or without experience, and willing to be trained as a Tele- Collections agent.
1-DAY PROCESS ONLY WORK SCHEDULE within 8 AM -5 PM, MON-SAT
We offer a total of P20,000 to 25,000 monthly, including a cash collection Incentive and other work-related incentives after the 1 Month training and evaluation period " For Experienced only"
We have other offers for No-experience applicants with Training allowance.
