Medical Staffing Recruiter (Remote) Full-time I Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time Candidates must be available to work U.S. business hours. Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required. Weekend availability is a plus. Rate: USD $8/hour Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Medical Staffing Recruiter to join our growing U.S.-based healthcare staffing agency. This role is ideal for a highly motivated recruiter with a proven background in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting qualified healthcare professionals with PRN placement opportunities. As a member of our recruiting team, you will work directly with candidates across the United States and collaborate with internal teams to fill per diem (PRN) and potential direct-hire positions. Because you will represent an American company, exceptional professionalism and communication skills are essential. The ability to switch focus between high-priority contracts in the pipeline is key. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and place qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), CNAs, LPNs, and other Allied Health Professionals.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.
• Ensure candidate information is accurately documented in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with credential requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing or medical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based healthcare positions.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing lifecycle.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
