Retail Sales Operation Manager

- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that resonate with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, control, and staffing.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with company and government regulations.
- Great customer service skills including upselling and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Experience in supervising, scheduling, and training retail staff.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
