Regional Coordinator

Absolute Employment Management Solutions (AEMS) Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, and support staff assigned in the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower allocation, and operational requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between employees, clients, and the head office.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned sites to monitor performance and resolve concerns.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on regional activities and performance.
- Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of field employees when necessary.
- Handle escalated concerns, customer feedback, and urgent operational issues.
Qualifications:
- • At least 3-5 years of experience in coordination, operations, or supervisory roles.
- • Ability to work under pressure
- • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
