Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical to the daily success of our staffing operations by coordinating healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate schedules, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional support to both clients and medical staff. As a member of a U.S.-based company, you will work directly with American clients and healthcare professionals. Therefore, excellent English communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate has prior experience in medical staffing or healthcare recruiting and understands the importance of prompt, clear, and professional communication. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing assignments for healthcare professionals.
• Match qualified candidates with client staffing requests while meeting credentialing and compliance requirements.
• Maintain frequent communication with nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and client facilities regarding schedules, availability, and staffing needs.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage shift confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, and emergency staffing requests.
• Monitor employee attendance and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all employee credentials, licenses, certifications, and compliance documents remain current.
• Maintain accurate records within the agency's applicant tracking system (ATS) and scheduling software.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, credentialing specialists, payroll, and management to ensure seamless staffing operations.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and client facilities through exceptional customer service.
• Identify staffing challenges proactively and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical staffing, healthcare recruiting, staffing coordination, or a related healthcare operations role.
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare clients or staffing agencies is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral, professional phone presence.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling or applicant tracking systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office.
