We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting operations and help deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position works closely with leadership, hiring managers, and operations teams to identify top talent and support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate recruitment activities for assigned positions and departments.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels.

• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and interest.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track candidate progress and update records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.

• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and hiring-related correspondence.

• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Maintain recruitment reports, records, and documentation.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes and policies.

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Leadership Team as needed.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple roles and industries.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, Google Workspace, and other virtual collaboration tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Professional and candidate-focused approach to communication.

Technical Requirements

• Dedicated home office or remote workspace.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps.

• Modern computer capable of supporting video conferencing and recruitment software.
