At First Focus, we're looking for a Leadership Coordinator to support one of our US MSP clients . You'll work closely with their leadership team, helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes while building an exciting international career as part of the First Focus family.

What you'll be doing

• Manage busy leadership calendars, appointments and schedules across multiple priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, ensuring everyone has what they need before, during and after.
• Process, monitor and follow up requests to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries.
• Help coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the leadership team.
• Maintain organised documentation, records and reporting.
• Support quality control activities and administrative processes.
• Communicate confidently with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Keep things running smoothly so the leadership team can focus on leading the business.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Leadership Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Team Coordinator or high end Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Professional, approachable and confident when working with senior leaders.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
• Someone who naturally looks for solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
