Rider Support CSR | Rider Support Order Taking App Account

Requirements:
- At least Senior High School graduate or College Level
- Have at least 1 year experience in BPO industry
- College Graduates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Basic English communication skills and well-versed in local language (Tagalog)
- Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift & GY shift)
- Can work on site in Ortigas, Pasig City
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and in-app messaging
- Assist users with placing food orders, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide support for app navigation, account setup, login issues, and payment concerns
- Coordinate with partner restaurants and delivery riders to resolve order delays or issues
- Address customer complaints and service concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Accurately document all interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and data privacy standards
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
