Job Overview
We are looking for a Shopper Marketing and Category Lead who can drive shopper-centric strategies, strengthen retail execution, and enhance category performance across key channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop shopper marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
- Convert consumer and shopper insights into actionable retail programs.
- Lead trade promotions, activations, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to improve category performance and execution.
- Analyze shopper behavior and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and evaluate trade marketing effectiveness.
- Develop category presentations and shopper-focused selling stories.
- Drive collaboration across Brand, Sales, and Trade Marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within FMCG or Beverage industries.
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior, category management, and retail marketing.
- Experience developing trade and shopper marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
