Job Overview
The Portfolio and Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing brand performance, managing product portfolios, and ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. This role requires strong commercial and strategic planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned brand portfolio and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Develop annual brand plans and growth strategies.
- Partner with Sales teams to align marketing and commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage product lifecycle, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead execution of marketing campaigns and promotional programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG brand or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, and P&L ownership.
- Experience handling multiple product categories is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
