Job Overview
We are looking for a Brand Development Manager to drive brand growth, market expansion, and consumer engagement strategies. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives and achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to create programs that support sustainable sales performance.
- Manage brand budgets, profitability, and portfolio development.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with agencies, distributors, and business partners on brand initiatives.
- Track brand performance and recommend improvements.
- Support product innovation and market expansion projects.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG brand management.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand development.
- Experience managing brand performance and business planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
