FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager

Description - Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with financial modeling
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and attention to detail
