Description - Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and management.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software)
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work options
