Description - Analyze financial data and translate into actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and irregularities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial performance improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA is preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems)
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
