Financial Product Manager

Role Title: Senior Efficiency and Project Lead 

Role Summary 

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven project lead to support the rollout of tech products and other initiatives with a focus in Financial Services. This role will work across teams to translate strategy into delivery—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring launches land smoothly. A strong grasp of project discipline, product operations, and analytical thinking is essential. The role will also drive targeted improvements in processes to enhance speed and scalability. 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Roll-Out Execution  

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end roll-out of tech products—from scoping, planning, and stakeholder alignment to go launch then post-launch monitoring 
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, commercial, operations, marketing, and compliance to ensure readiness across all fronts 
• Build and manage project plans with clear deliverables, risks, and interdependencies 

Project Management & Governance 

• Own the delivery cadence and status reporting across multiple initiatives; track KPIs and critical milestones 
• Drive structured governance (including up to regional counterparts) and ensure risks, blockers, and changes are proactively managed 
• Facilitate meetings, decision checkpoints, and status reviews with leadership 

Data-Driven Monitoring & Support 

• Monitor product performance post-launch and use data to identify issues, gaps, or opportunities 
• Create reports and dashboards to track adoption, funnel metrics, operational impact, and execution success 
• Provide feedback loops to product and operations for continuous iteration and improvement 

Process Alignment (Light Touch) 

• Identify operational gaps that slow down product deployment and propose lightweight solutions to increase roll-out efficiency 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Serve as a key link across local and regional teams, ensuring information flow and alignment across departments 
• Prepare executive updates and drive change management where needed to support implementation 

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, product operations, or go-to-market execution, ideally within financial services or fintech
• Strong background in delivering technology or financial product launches
• Highly analytical with experience using Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL for tracking and insight generation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP, Agile, or related certifications preferred
• Experience in lending, e-wallets, payments, or embedded finance is a strong advantage
