Teller and New Accounts

- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with transactions.
- Open and manage new accounts, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic transactions accurately.
- Educate customers on bank products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
- A PhilHealth Accredited Cashier must be degree holder in Accounting Course and is authorized by the PhilHealth to collect premium contributions for its members.
- These accredited agents can be banks, payment centers, or other designated entities that allow individuals and employers to pay their PhilHealth contributions.
- Collect PhilHealth Contributions: They accept payments for premium contributions from members and employers.
- Provide a convenient payment option: They offer an alternative to directly paying at PhilHealth offices, making it easier for members to pay their contributions.
- Support the PhilHealth program: By collecting contributions, they help ensure the program's financial sustainability and ability to provide health insurance benefits
