The role involves a variety of tasks focused on ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
Customer Service
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
Offering product recommendations based on customer needs.
Education:
Typically a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Further qualifications in retail, customer service, or sales may be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous retail or customer service experience is often preferred but not always required.
