Recruitment Associate
Responsible for the day-to-day management of communications, talent acquisition, documentation creation, and record keeping ensuring activities in operations are streamlined and conform to the organization’s values, principles, and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
Provides access to timekeeping system, learning management system and email to new hires
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Recommend strategies to reinforce employee retention
Administer new-hire orientation, onboarding, and training program
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
Responsible for interdepartmental communications
Cover all pre-employment requirements and documentation
Respond to human resources-related inquiries
