Job Description:

• Operational Oversight : Monitor daily operations and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, and implementing process improvements.
• Compliance and Quality Control : Ensure all operations adhere to legal regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
• Team Supervision : Lead, train, and support the operations team, ensuring adherence to protocols and performance standards.
• Inventory and Resource Management : Oversee inventory control, order management, and resource allocation.
• Budgeting and Reporting : Assist in budget planning, track expenses, and prepare operational performance reports.
• Vendor and Client Coordination : Manage relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Risk Management : Identify operational risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in food industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance standards.
