Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems.
- Inspect and identify repair needs for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to complete projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform physical tasks and manage maintenance schedules.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks in confined spaces.
