Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot building issues such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from building occupants in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and building systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Physical ability to perform maintenance work including lifting and climbing.
