Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 18-55 years old
- At least HS (Old curriculum)/SHS/College Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Open for Newbie and Tenured Agents
- Willing to work on site in Eton Centris, Quezon City
