- Open to applicants with no BPO experience
- Strong communication skills
- High School / Senior High School / College graduates are welcome
SALARY PACKAGE
- College Graduate – ₱25,500
- HS / SHS Graduate with less than 12 months experience – ₱27,000
- HS / SHS Graduate with 12 months or more experience – ₱29,000
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide customer support for retail products and services
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and basic account concerns
- Handle customer requests such as refunds, replacements, and order status
- Maintain quality service and accurate documentation
