The Role:
Edge Tutor is hiring an experienced Teacher Recruiter who can attract qualified teachers, keep candidates engaged, and move them through a strict recruitment timeline.
Performance bonus: Typically ₱5,000–₱10,000/month, based on candidate pass rates
Location: Work from home
Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
What You’ll Do
- Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
- Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments
- Keep candidates engaged, prepared, and showing up
- Prioritize urgent roles and meet strict hiring deadlines
- Track candidates using an ATS and Google Sheets
- Use AI recording and transcription tools for interviews
- Monitor attendance, completion, and client pass rates
- Hire for quality—not simply quantity
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of full-cycle or high-volume recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage candidates and reduce no-shows
- Strong prioritization, follow-through, and judgment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and Google Sheets
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools
- Strong written and spoken English
- Teacher, tutor, education, or BPO recruitment experience is an advantage
- Your success will be measured by the quality, pass rates, and readiness of the teachers you recruit.
