If you have strong English proficiency, at least 2 years of experience teaching children, and any 4-year Bachelor's degree, EDGE Tutor offers a structured teaching environment with clear standards and real support.
Employment Type: Part-Time
Hourly Rate: Php 180–200
Schedule - Peak hours available daily:
- 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM
Tutors commit to at least 25 hours per week with 2 rest days. One working weekend day is preferred.

Role Overview
EDGE Tutor is hiring ESL teachers with at least 2 years of experience teaching children for our Premium Kids account.
This role is designed for experienced tutors who want higher earning potential, access to peak-hour schedules, and additional bonuses on top of base pay. You will handle structured lessons for young learners in a high-demand time slot, ensuring consistent bookings and stable income.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver interactive and structured English lessons using provided materials
• Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions
• Use props, TPR, and engaging teaching methods

• Complete class reports and required documentation

Minimum Requirements
- University graduate (any 4-year course)
- Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
- TESOL or TEFL certificate (120 hours) or willingness to obtain one
- At least 2 years of experience teaching children (online or offline)
- Strong English communication skills
- Passion for teaching kids and maintaining high standards
- Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)

• Preschool, elementary, or secondary school teachers
• Online ESL tutors from kids-focused platforms
• BPO trainers or professionals transitioning to online teaching
• Individuals with strong energy, patience, and creativity
