- According to the English foundation and goals of 19-year-old students, we customise a one-to-one teaching plan for stages 0-1, including listening, speaking, reading and writing, to ensure that the content is systematic and coherent.
- According to students' progress and feedback, we will flexibly adjust the programme, introduce new materials and methods to stimulate learning interest.
- We use various interactive methods, such as scenario simulation, to help students overcome the problem of opening their mouths and improve their speaking fluency and accuracy.
- Vocabulary, sentence patterns and guide students to use them correctly with the help of English textbooks and other resources.
- Design and assign homework after class, supervise completion, correct and give feedback to consolidate knowledge.
- Regularly assess students' learning effectiveness through classroom observation, homework analysis, and quizzes to provide a basis for teaching adjustments.
- Communicate closely with students to understand their difficulties and needs, and cultivate their study habits and independent learning abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in English Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching English from 0-1
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with students, parents and colleagues
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans
- Passionate about educating and inspiring young minds
