Accounting Specialist

- Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Audit processes, and Financial Management; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable, assist in audits, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours with potential overtime during peak periods.
