Job Requirements:
- Arabic National that currently residing in the Philippines that can speak English and Tagalog
- Filipino proficient in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
- Open to graduates and undergraduates
- Has a work experience as a Team Leader for 1 years
- Having a work experience in Travel Account is an advantage
- Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure performances, quality and client satisfaction are met.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, and IT, and liaise with the HR Team.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of processes and tools.
- Ensure that the team consistently meets quality standards and company policies.
- Implement strategies and maintain service quality to meet customer satisfaction.
