Join our team as a QA Department Manager and lead the company's quality management initiatives while ensuring compliance with international quality and environmental standards. Job Summary: The QA Department Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role oversees the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, leads the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS), manages audits, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with ISO and industry standards. What You'll Do:

• Ensure all products conform to established specifications and quality standards
• Verify products comply with approved specifications before release
• Ensure the quality and reliability of every product produced
• Initiate corrective actions for non-conforming materials, products, customer complaints, and audit findings
• Determine the appropriate disposition of non-conforming products
• Issue final approval for inspected products, direct materials, and packaging materials
• Qualify inspectors, testers, special process operators, and calibration operators
• Approve Certificates of Conformance (COC)
• Review customer complaints and determine appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Serve as the company's Quality & Environmental Management Representative (QEMR)
• Prepare internal and external audit plans and assign lead auditors
• Participate in Management Review Meetings
• Communicate quality standards and requirements to the QA team, Production team, and other departments
• Review customer and end-user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course
• At least 10 years of experience as a QA Manager in a leadframe or semiconductor manufacturing company
• Male or female, preferably 30 years old and above
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 10 or more years of QA Manager experience in the leadframe or semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Extensive experience managing Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001
• Experience serving as a QEMR and leading internal and external audits
• Expertise in quality improvement tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA, Risk Management, and Root Cause Analysis
• Proven leadership in managing QA teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
