SELLING
- Achieve individual/monthly sales quota
- Engage customers and confidently promote our products & services
- Provide product demonstrations and highlight key features & benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and after-sales concerns
- Ensure total customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
- Support in-store promotions and inform customers about special offers
- Verify product completeness before handing over to customers
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Maintain store cleanliness and product organization
- Ensure proper documentation for customer transactions
- Answer phone inquiries and assist with telemarketing when needed
- Foster good relationships with coworkers and customers
- Safeguard store inventory and assist in stock monitoring
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least college level in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 6 months of relevant sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Filipino & English
- People-oriented, confident, and customer-focused
- Background in sales, customer service, or inventory is a plus!
JOB DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
