Role Description The Luxury Segment Sales Manager Real Estate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Metro Manila, with a mix of on-site project presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting property tours and presentations, and closing sales for high-rise luxury condominium units. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and partner networks, as well as preparing proposals, sales reports, and market updates. The Sales Manager will coordinate with marketing, finance, and property management teams to ensure seamless client experience from initial inquiry through contract signing and unit turnover. The role also requires staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project developments to refine sales strategies and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate sales and account management skills, ideally within the luxury or high-end condominium segment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to inform sales plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with professional business writing and spoken English; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online lead generation platforms; familiarity with social media and digital marketing for property promotion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to work on-site at project locations in Metro Manila, including weekends or evenings as needed for client meetings and events.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
