Ready to lead the operations, infrastructure, and locator experience of an industrial park business?
Our firm is partnering with an established organisation in the Philippine industrial parks and economic zone sector to appoint a Head of Industrial Estate Management. The client’s identity will remain confidential during the initial outreach stage.
The opportunity
Lead park operations and service delivery while strengthening locator relationships, overseeing regulatory compliance, and driving operational and commercial improvements.
Your remit will include:
- Industrial park infrastructure, maintenance, utilities, safety, and service-provider performance
- Relationships with manufacturing locators, including semiconductor and other complex industrial businesses
- Coordination with PEZA, government agencies, and local government units
- Infrastructure improvement projects, operational governance, and risk management
- Collaboration with commercial teams on locator retention and expansion opportunities
Who we’re looking for
A senior leader with direct industrial park, economic zone, or industrial estate management experience, supported by:
- A strong technical background, preferably in engineering or industrial management
- Working knowledge of PEZA requirements and industrial regulatory compliance
- Experience managing locator relationships and government stakeholders
- A track record in infrastructure operations, project delivery, safety, and continuous improvement
- Commercial judgement and the ability to balance service quality with business performance
- Willingness to be based in South Luzon
