Purchasing Specialist for International Supplier

Description - Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess product quality.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing support and service.
- Must have experience in dealing with international suppliers
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Must be a college graduate
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Experience in Accounts Payable;
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, time management, and vendor management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be good in English communication;
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management and marketing research.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
Resposibilities:
- Constant communication with International Suppliers
- Arrange schedules of shipments and payment of orders
- Prepare Purchase Orders
