Purchasing Specialist – Below The Line
Key Responsibilities
- Source and accredit suppliers for BTL (events, booth fabrication, displays, giveaways, printing etc.)
- Generate Purchase Orders (PO)
- Conduct supplier negotiation to achieve best price, quality, and lead time
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse teams for project requirements
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion of BTL projects
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies
- Maintain updated supplier database and pricing records
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 2–3 years experience in purchasing, preferably in advertising, events, or BTL industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge in fabrication materials, printing, and promotional items is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel and purchasing systems (SAP)
