Purchasing Assistant

Description - Assist in the procurement of goods and services to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain effective vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and report generation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: At least 1 year experience; Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Skills and Competencies: Canvassing/Purchasing, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Inventory Management, Time Management
- Skills and Competencies: Problem Solving Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Financial Literacy
- Qualities and Traits: Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional visits to suppliers or warehouses
