Leads, recruits, and develops a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets. Drives business growth through strategic planning, coaching, and performance management. Builds a strong pipeline, ensures consistent production, and delivers excellent client service. Fosters a high-performing, motivated team culture while expanding market reach.

- Recruit, train, and develop financial advisors

- Coach and mentor for productivity and growth
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
- Expand client base through networking and referrals
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any field) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales, leadership, or management
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team
- Goal-driven with strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to work in a performance-based environment
- Background in insurance or financial services is an advantage
- Must own a laptop or tablet
- Preferably with a car
