Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly qualified QA/QC Manager to oversee quality systems and site implementation for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and related energy projects. The role ensures full compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and industry best practices to deliver safe and high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC planning and implementation for BESS and construction works
- Establish and maintain ISO-compliant quality management systems
- Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits
- Supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and site quality staff
- Review and approve WIRs, RFAs, test results, and quality documents
- Monitor workmanship, material compliance, and installation quality
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Prepare quality performance reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
- Minimum 7+ years experience in QA/QC for construction or energy projects
- Proven experience in BESS projects (required)
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor (required)
- Experience managing site QA/QC teams
- Excellent documentation, leadership, and communication skills
- Willing to work on project sites
