We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong passion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brands, assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences while maintaining extensive knowledge of our product lines.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers entering the store, creating a positive first impression.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and trends to effectively assist and educate customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall store objectives.
Requirements
- High school graduate/college level/college graduate
- Preferably with at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in retail/sales
- No visible tattoo
