Core Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to online inquiries from prospective clients.
- Call and follow up with sales leads to convert them into customers.
- Acquire new OEM/private label and wholesale clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing VIP clients.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.
- Follow up on pending quotations and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate client records.
