HR Officer/HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records through the HRIS.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules and workforce planning.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Develop and coordinate employee training and development plans.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Handle disciplinary processes, including the preparation and administration of Notices to Explain (NTEs), while ensuring due process and compliance with the Philippine Labor Code.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience , with supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or mission-driven organizations is an advantage.
- Experience in HRIS Platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to uphold and support the mission, vision, and Christian values of Glory Reborn while contributing to a respectful and collaborative workplace.
