Building Maintenance Technician

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform routine repairs, installations, and upgrades for various building infrastructures, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to all safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 10+ years in building maintenance or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential safety hazards.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in routine inspection and general maintenance practices.
- Skills and Competencies: Versatile as a multiskilled technician capable of performing various maintenance tasks.
