Maintenance Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all building systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced maintenance services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work occasional weekends or after hours as needed
