Sales Agent /Representative

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven Sales Field Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing existing customers, promoting our pet food products, achieving sales targets, and handling customer collections within assigned territories.

This is a full-time position involving office coordination and fieldwork in Bulacan, Quezon City (QC), and Muntinlupa–Parañaque–Las Piñas (MuntiParLas) .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including pet shops, retail stores, distributors, and other potential business partners.

• Open new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.

• Promote company products, including Powerdog, Powercat, and Reflex and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Monitor customer orders, account balances, and outstanding receivables.

• Conduct customer collections in accordance with approved company policies and procedures.

• Secure appropriate receipts, acknowledgment documents, and other required proof of payment.

• Properly account for and turn over all collected payments and supporting documents to designated company personnel within the required period.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and promptly report collection issues, payment disputes, and other account concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, orders, collections, and account status.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and potential business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

• Perform other related sales, collection, and fieldwork duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in sales, account management, collections, retail, distribution, or a customer-facing role.

• Experience in opening new accounts and managing existing customers is preferred.

• Sales collection experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets.

• Good attention to detail, particularly in handling customer payments and account records.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of or interest in pet food products and the pet industry is an advantage.

• Willing to travel extensively and conduct fieldwork in assigned territories.

• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license with the appropriate motorcycle restriction or authorization.

Work Location and Assigned Sales Areas

• Main Office/Warehouse: Pasco Avenue, Santolan, Pasig City

• Sales Territories Needed:

  • Bulacan

  • Quezon City (QC)

  • Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas (MuntinPaLas)

Applicants must be willing to conduct fieldwork, visit customer accounts, and travel within their assigned sales territories as required by business operations.
