Inventory Assistant

- Receive, verify, and properly store deliveries in compliance with warehouse and food safety standards
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory records, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and bin allocations
- Safeguard inventory by ensuring proper stock rotation, condition monitoring, and loss prevention practices
- Support daily picking, issuance, and delivery of goods to stores and bakery operations
- Ensure timely preparation of warehouse documentation such as issuance slips, delivery receipts, and returns
- Assist in disposal, returns, and reconciliation of defective or expired items
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy
- Provide warehouse housekeeping and adherence to safety standards
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or other related fields
- With strong skills in inventory management, stock handling, and warehouse operations
- Candidates with relevant vocational training, certifications, or specialized coursework in logistics or warehouse operations preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or stock management
- Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- With active driver’s license
